  I agree with the previous comments about the employees not being trained, supervised. It is the 3rd time that a bagel BLT is ordered for me or that I order it and I get a panini. The garbage bins are overflowing, no TP in the bathrooms, tables are dirty and employees dressed slopilly are standing there staring into space.

  If youre passing through i suggest waiting until the next tims along your route. We ordered two sandwiches and two drinks, it took us roughly 20 mins to get our order which had to be repeated to the staff about 4 times. Two girls were in the kitchen while another was on break, when asked for help by the over loaded girl at the cash she snarled back "i have 3 min break left". We had to get up from our table each time an individual article of our meal was ready.
  This kind of disorganization would not fly in a down town MTL tims.

  Out of all the Tim's I've been to, this one still needs improvement. Staff are all lost and there is very little guidance. It's amazing how long it can take to get a coffee here!

  Standard Tim with some inventory issues. At the beginning they had service consistency issues, now they often run out of products.
